Acceptance

By using Arcade Buster you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Your age

When you start we ask for your date of birth, and which parts of the game are turned on depends on it. It is mandatory and is declared only once: it cannot be changed from the game, because if the check could be retried it would be pointless. If you made a mistake when entering it, write to us.

Declaring a false age breaches these terms. If we detect that an account has done so, we may correct the age or close the account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not impersonate other people or use offensive names: we may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. It is forbidden to sell, buy, rent, give away or hand over your account to another person, and also to offer or advertise any of those transactions. If we detect that an account has been bought or sold, we may close it without any right to a refund.

The game lets you change your sign-in method (from email and password to Google, or the other way round) so that you can keep signing in to YOUR account if you change your email or phone. That feature is not meant for transferring an account to another person, and using it for that breaches these terms.

We do not mediate in disputes between users over accounts that have been bought or sold, nor do we restore accounts lost in that way. Everything associated with an account (progress, coins, items and purchases) belongs to that account and is not transferred to another.

Coins and purchases

In-game coins have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferred between accounts.

If the game adds purchases with real money, they will be governed by the terms of the store you buy from.

Advertising

The game may offer you the chance to watch an ad in exchange for coins. It is always voluntary: there are no ads that appear on their own or interrupt a game, and the game works the same if you never watch one.

The reward is granted when the ad has been watched in full, and it is the advertising platform, not your device, that confirms it. If you close the ad before it ends, there is no reward.

Ads are selected and served by Google. We do not control what is advertised and we are not responsible for the content or for any third-party products that appear in them.

No advertising is shown to children under 13.

Notifications

Notifications are optional: you only get them if you turn them on, and you can turn them off whenever you like from Options or from your phone's settings.

They are a courtesy alert, not part of the game. They depend on the phone, the connection and third-party services, so we do not guarantee that they will arrive, or that they will arrive at a particular time. You will not lose anything by not receiving one: rewards, tickets and news are always in the game.

Fair play

Modifying the game, automating gameplay or tampering with scores is not allowed. Games are validated on the server, and we may cancel results or close accounts that break this rule.

Availability

The game is provided as is. We may modify, suspend or withdraw it, and we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruptions.

Survey content

By submitting a survey you authorise us to use your answers to improve the game. We will not publish your answers together with data that identifies you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will announce it in the game or on this website.
